When you book with us, that time is set aside specifically to prepare for and provide your service, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients. We completely understand that life happens, and we truly appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. •Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. •No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
